Bright Cousins are what the Obesk call humans. Bright, due to the fact that the surface of Earth is far more illuminated than the surface of Obeski, and cousin due to humans closely resembling larval Obesk.

Cashier - Worked at a cafe near the Bureau.
Interviewer Lady - Interviewed Akizet in The Funny Little Room.
Arthur - An FBX employee. Talks to Kazki on the internet. Kazki's spider is named after Arthur.
Alex - An FBX employee. Performs scans on corrucysts to determine their type before further analysis.
