Summary

The Storm is an obesk device which allows communication between obesk and human devices, converting corru signals into electrical impulses and vice versa. Akizet regards this device with remorse, calling it "[Her] greatest mistake". This device is shown in the cache, and moth will provide context for it if questioned in that area. Presumably, this device is also present in Akizet's tower interview with Gordon in the city surface area, being the converter she showed him then.
