Aima cysts are corrucystic targeting tools that, when connected via Obesk receptor, increases situational awareness by streaming an additional sensory feed to the mind's eye.

They were traditionally used by surface runners to more effectively find and track quarry. In the modern day, they are used to assist in multitasking and other intellectual pursuits.

Its romanized name is a pun on the phrase "aim assist".
