Golem Sfer, as the name suggests, is a special type of Sfer used in the creation of making golems. It is much more densely segmented, likely to make the golem more durable to whatever damage it may sustain.
In Golem Maintenance, the Golem Sfer is used in conjunction with Golem Parts to create a golem for Itzil and Karik to control, named the IK Golem.
