The Signal Export is an incoherent corrucyst containing an interpretation of the Signal relayed during the Collapse.
This cyst can be obtained from destroying the Translation Core in the Minor Operations wing of Golem Maintenance. This unlocks an additional augment for Gakvu, allowing her to broadcast the cyst's contents, damaging everything surrounding her.
