BSTRD is a thoughtform found in Recollection: Collapse, in an archival vein. BSTRD was created upon the injection of the framing device used to allow the player into the recollection; it was created by Moth's friend who created the framing device.
Appearance
BSTRD takes the form of a grinning yellow face, with round eyes and red accents creating a faint circular outline. Their face appears throughout their portion of EP2, but they lack a definite physical form. The most notable iteration of BSTRD's presence is the BSTRDgolem, an Archival Golem strapped with Kavrukas and a rifle from the Bright Cousins.
In-Game
As an EP2ADD1 character, encountering BSTRD or any enemies under their influence is optional. The player can access the archival vein immediately after defeating Movefoe once and returning to the Timestopper room.
