Miltza is a Tir Qou Obesk who worked in the Exchange subdivision of the Wisdom Initiative in the Embassy.
Akizet met her during the Collapse after entering her room. Because of her fear of heights, her quarters are lower in the spire and as such, has to climb up to reach her Initiative.[1] Her room was in the same arm as Kazki.
She was a prolific artist, making many small golems of Obeski lifeforms to gift to the humans, particularly Veilk, as "it's hard to make" the others without them. She created a mural of the Eye of Velzie in an pre-structurist akanivik style. It was intended to cycle through other interpretations of the eye, but it was never finished.[2]
