Clemens Romanus is a location that can be accessed via the Their Vessel, after feeding the cyst.

Initial Visit

Upon your initial visit, you will be placed into a space as Akizet. After progressing through 3 rooms, going forward, the Interloper will find a hollow green circle, with a full red circle inside of it, resembling an eye. There is not much else to this area other than this point of interest.

After Unlocking Golem Maintenance

After unlocking the Golem Maintenance section of the Collapse, there is a new area in the second room of the Clemens Romanus; a gate of magenta eyes, which will bring you to a new area, the Beneath.
