The Timestopper Room, or the Call Research Center is a room in the Embassy, accessed by asking Movefriend to bring you to Call Research.
Recollection: Discovery
In Recollection: Discovery, you can sit in your seat and start the focus, if you haven't already told Bozko and Kazki about it, Akizet thinks to herself that she should tell both of them that the focus approaches.
Recollection: Suspicion
In Recollection: Suspicion, the Timestopper room isn't really of importance.
Recollection: Collapse
In Recollection: Collapse, the Timestopper room is the starting area, Akizet, Gavku, and Tozik are connected at first, researching The Call. After the signal plays, a Damaged Golem starts attacking the group, before they go to Movefriend.
If you decide to come back after beating Movefoe, an archival vein will collapse in the Timestopper room, allowing you to enter BSTRD's domain.
