::/FRAME/ is an area that can be accessed by wearing the Hunger Mask in the Lobby of Golem Maintenance.
Initial Visit
On your initial trip here, you'll be greeted by a vast white void, continuing forward you can find BSTRD in the form of the BSTRD Golem, talking to it, it'll reveal that it tried to create another Evil Mode™ but it failed. Speaking it to it more, the Interloper will ask that it helps Geli in the Golem Maintenance Lobby, but in the guise of an Evil Mode section. BSTRD agrees to doing this, and will allow Geli to be brought to ::/FRAME/ after speaking to them.
After Bringing Geli
After bringing Geli to ::/FRAME/, the Interloper will try to hold out their hands in front of them, and says that Interloper is likely the "Recollection Locus" of the memory, and tries to examine themselves before the BSTRD-ified Geli thanks you about bringing them here, and reveals some of BSTRD's plans; to destroy the firmament daemon of ::/FRAME/ and to escape. After the conversation is over, you can either ask Geli questions about itself in its current position or to enter the BSTRD Boat.
BSTRD Boat
After going on to the BSTRD Boat and commandeering the wheel; you'll find yourself in an ocean. BSTRD explains that this is the way to get to the firmament daemon, and that you'll have to use the 3 Shells that it has given you to customize and eventually progress through the stops and to destroy the firmament.
