The Lobby of Golem Maintenance is a hub location, accessed by going through the Golem Maintenance/Personnel tendril.
Initial Visit
On your first visit, you'll have to fight a Husk and Kivskin before progressing.
After killing them, Karik scurries over to Geli, turning them on, who Akizet interrogates about the surrounding rooms.
Revisit
On revisits, the Lobby will be populated with more people, Cavik and Bozko if you met them in Minor Operations, and the IK Golem if it was created.
After the IK Golem is created, you can enter Advanced Operations and face the Foundation Golem.
After Unity Mask Obtained
After you obtain the Unity Mask, using the Unity ability on Geli yields some dialogue.
When using the ability, she stares directly at the Interloper as before, and Akizet asks if she needs help. Speaking to Akizet, she says nothing is wrong, and that she doesn't need help. But via inherited context, she asks the Interloper to "get me out" and to "wait ... soon ... RETURN", for what, we don't know.
