The Sfer Generation wing of Golem Maintenance is accessed by going through Sfer Supply or through the shortcut from Distribution (only if you have cleared out both areas).
Initial Visit
On your initial visit, you will have to fight through some enemies before Akizet and her team stops to check out the area, with Gakvu telling the others about a small part of the Signal coming from Sfer Storage; who all agree to enter and stop what is broadcasting the Signal.
Sfer Storage
In Sfer Storage, Akizet and her group fights the Dullzika, who summons Warped Containers via the Dull to protect itself. After destroying the Dullzika and the Warped Containers, the group think that they can use the sfer to create a golem, also, communications open for a moment, allowing Akizet and her band to make some calls.
