Dozkallvi, also called "Kivii" by Itzil, is a Kiv Qou Obesk who was covering for Itzil's job in Golem Maintenance during the Collapse. They are skilled in using Manipulation Gauntlets, as in Collapse they are surrounded by destroyed Golem bodies, presumably killed via the Gauntlets, and wield them against Akizet's group.
