Dullzkovik is a Qou Obesk who is renowned for his studies of the Dull, which was named after him.

Akizet has commented that his extended studies have proven that no known life can exist in the Dull. This discovery may be what sparked the corrucystic revolution and the development of mindcores. It is assumed that Dullzkovik has been alive as a Qou for a long time, as it is noted that he has been through four renewals.

During Recollection: Suspicion, Cavik and Akizet discuss Dullzkovik's closed loop theory, which speculates that the Call is a message from future and vastly technologically advanced Obesk that have made it to Earth, but were too late to meet humanity.
