Effigies are Akizet thoughtforms which were repaired by Isabel[1]. They disappeared from Jokzi Ozo after Funfriend forced Isabel into a memory. Isabel tasks the Interloper with using the Unity Mask to return the effigies to Jozki Ozo.
The effigies are friendly, excitedly greeting the Interloper and wondering when the next dream is.
