Vekoa is a Qou Obesk who acted as the groundsmind for The Embassy. She resided on the groundsmindry floor, which was near the bottom of the spire.[1] She was able to be contacted by Obesk in the Embassy through golems.
During the events of the Collapse, Vekoa became unreachable and some of the constructs that were in her control became hostile, most notably Movefriend. Akizet and her team believed the groundsmind was compromised in some way by the aggressive signal.[2][3][4] Currently, Vekoa's status is unknown.
The Jutskins in the embassy are implied to be modelled after her.
